Pumpkin & Kumara Hummus

Morning everybody!
I have such a busy day ahead, but  it should be loads of fun 🙂

When I woke up at 7am this morning, I opened my curtains then just lay there for about 10 minutes with my cat, breathing in the fresh morning air. I love it so much. It was so relaxing and soothing and a great way to start my day.

ANYWAY! Breakfast:

I have an obsession with Lisa’s Pumpkin & Kumara Hummus. It’s soooo good! Whenever we buy it I have it on pretty much everything. This breakfast will keep me full ’til LUNCHTIME, it’s that good. Also, this is the perfect pre-gym fuel food.

and of course some coffee on the side 🙂

I had this pretty face to keep me company in the kitchen…

I have a biiiiggg day planned! It’s 8am and already I’m running behind in my plans :S I’m going to the gym at 8.20, I’d like to workout for at least an hour. Then I’m going to go test out a scooter with my step dad that I’m considering buying (you should see it, it’s so darn cute!), then I’ve got to go into town with Emma and watch Dallas perform.

Expect to see lots of photos of that 🙂

I plan to walk to the gym today instead of cycling like usual, just because the morning is so beautiful, I want to make the most of it. I think I might shower at the gym this time just to save time?

Anyway, I’ve got to get my booty into gear and get started.

Introducing…

Hey there, my name's Jenny. I have a huge passion for cooking/baking, writing, yoga and photography. I love nature and my favourite thing to do is spend an entire day outside, breathing in crisp, fresh air. Even better if I have a pen and paper with me. I started out running in March 2009 but sustained an injury in October 2009 which has unfortunately prevented me from running.
